The Campaign’s Mission

As Solebury School approaches our 100th year, a thoughtful plan for our next century is in place. Our strategic plan charts our path forward to 2030 and beyond, focusing on measured and mindful growth in enrollment, academic program, residential life, and physical plant. Our vision is to pave the path to student success in all aspects of life through academic excellence, life-changing experiential learning opportunities, and a robust network of mentorship and partnerships created beyond our corner of Phillips Mill and School Lane. The plan is ambitious and aspirational, and at its heart seeks to preserve the core qualities and characteristics that make us Solebury School while carefully considering our small school’s financial capacity and bottom line.

Shaping Solebury: Building for Our Future, our first capital campaign in over a decade, supports phase one of our master plan improvements to campus to meet the needs of tomorrow’s students while preserving our singular sense of place. Our priorities for this phase are to add student and faculty living spaces and to improve our campus infrastructure with responsible systems.
